A graduate in biological sciences, Catherine spent far too many of her student days / nights at the Bedlam Theatre in Edinburgh.

She has worked as a science communicator in Cornwall, Scotland, England and the UAE, and as an events manager, media liaison and box office type in potato barns, castles and actual factual theatres. She is also a gardener.
