SARA HOOPPELL
Sara is an actor and director from Devon (yes, she does think the cream should go on a scone first) and currently divides her time between London and the South-West.
Alongside being as member of Coppice, she is a co-founder of Fathom Theatre whose three-women-and-a-puppet version of Twelfth Night toured across Cornwall and to the RSC’s outdoor stage, The Dell. Fathom are currently working on an Arts Council funded R&D of their new devised show about the life and work on mathematician and early computer programmer, Ada Lovelace.
As well as Fathom and Coppice, Sara recently co-founded VOLTA, a female-led collective which strives to provide a platform for new writing and creative development. VOLTA’s second production is currently in development.
